What Are the Different Types of Nose Jobs?

Nasal osteotomy or medial osteotomy reshapes the mid-section of the nose to chisel outer longer sections on the nose bone.
A nose that’s bulbous on the tip can be sharpened and the nasal tip made narrow to improve its appearance. In some cases, the surgeon may also perform an alarplasty or nostril width surgery to correct the size and shape of your nostril.
Sometimes, nasal surgery is not needed; FDA approved derma fillers and Botox can help create a shapely nose. This procedure is called liquid rhinoplasty as it only requires Botox and soft tissue filler gels. Some surgeons use facial fillers like Juvederm and Belotero as fillers.
